Square Dancing(广场舞)is a kind of exercise performed with music in the squares,plazas or parks.In recent years,it gradually becomes popular especially among middle-aged and retired women.Every morning or evening,dozens or even hundreds of Da Ma are dancing together with popular and rhythmical music.Due to its low cost and ease of participation,it has been estimated to have over 100 million practitioners, according to CCTV, the country's official television network.
